Green Valley Phase 3 reached 81% on launch day Featured

Phu My Hung Development Corporation has officially put 89 units of Green Valley block A up for sale on June 15th, 2014 and 81% of launched units have been bought by customers on the same day.

Previously, both Green Valley phase 1 and 2 with building C and D achieved ideal selling rate that 90% of units have been bought so far. This is a good sign for the real estate market in the South area.
