Happy Valley condos at Phu My Hung capture foreigners’ attention
As Vietnam increases its global integration, more and more foreigners are coming to live and work in Ho Chi Minh City, with a growing demand for decent accommodation.
Since early 2013, the diverse high-end properties of Phu My Hung Corporation such as Riverpark Residence and Riverside Residence in Ho Chi Minh City have attracted sharply increasing interest from foreigners living in Vietnam and corporate customers in the market for a long-term lease or purchase, according to a company source.
Phu My Hung Corporation has sold 80% of over 160 condos of the first phase of Happy Valley project to customers. The apartments are priced from VND 30 milion per square meter while homebuyers can access soft loans from Vietcombank, VIB, BIDV and Bank of China.
On Mar. 6th, 2013, Phu My Hung Corp. welcomed interested customers to Happy Valley Model Condo Opening Ceremony to help customers feel about Happy Valley living space and refer to interior decorating ideas before deciding to choose Happy Valley as their future home.

After the success of the 1st phase launching of Riverpark Residence apartments on Jul. 12th, 2007 with 100% units sold, Phu My Hung Corp. continued to start selling the 2nd phase with 107 apartments on Aug. 2nd, 2009 at the Saigon Exhibition & Convention Center.
The Phu My Hung Corporation said it has started selling 98 penthouses at its Sky Garden 3 project in Ho Chi Minh City’s District 7.
