More and more foreigners moving to reside in HCM City’s South Saigon area

Without the turmoils that plague many other countries and with its burgeoning economy, Việt Nam has become a magnet for foreigners.

According to a report from the Ministry of Planning and Investment, nearly 90,000 foreigners work in the country.

Finding an accommodation is the first thing to do when there is an intent to settle down in a country. For a foreigner, a peaceful place near nature with fresh air in a city is a priority.

” Bansal is one of 15,000 foreigners living in Phú Mỹ Hưng City Centre, the place where the largest number of foreigners now live in Việt Nam.

Foreigners agree that, with its plethora of amenities, Phú Mỹ Hưng is undoubtedly on top of their list when looking for a place to live in Việt Nam.

Developer Phú Mỹ Hưng Development Corporation has kept improving this urban to achieve the same standards as urban areas elsewhere in the world where foreigners used to live before coming to Việt Nam.

It has been developed as a refined urban area with modern amenities, infrastructure and management. The company has tried to create a place where residents’ privacy is carefully protected without erasing the sense of living in a community, and people are not isolated unlike in most other urban areas.
